SBSPKS is a web server designed to carry out sequence and structure based analysis of polyketide synthases. It can be used to predict the domain boundaries in a given gene cluster. Structural models for individual domains as well as a complete module can also be obtained using SCWRL. The web server also helps to predict the order of ORFs forming a particular gene cluster using the interacting residues in docking domains.
